We want you to be completely satisfied with your professional creator gear. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help you resolve it.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged Goods Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at the email below so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (processed via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Conditions
Certain situations prevent us from granting refunds or returns:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Custom or personalized products.
